Position Overview We are seeking a Inside Sale Associate to join our sales and distribution team in Chelmsford, MA. This role combines order processing, customer server and shipping/receiving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities * Process purchase orders and communicate with customers regarding order/delivery status * Pack, audit, and label outbound shipments * Receive and document inbound shipments; ensure proper organization * Assist occasionally with light product assembly * Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed Qualifications * Local candidate (MA/NH) with reliable commute * Bachelor's degree required * Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills * Hands-on, problem-solving mindset * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently What We 're Looking For * Self-motivated, high-energy individual * Comfortable working with minimal supervision * Strong organizational and time-management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
