Job Description: * While at the dealership time should be spent generating business, following up with potentlal and past sales, working directly with customers, and training to improve skill and knowledge. * Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction comparable to both district and region. * Maintain and exceed Camelback Toyota's minimum number of monthly sales. * Achieve and maintain sales certification through Toyota. * Assist coworkers when asked or when customer service deems it necessary. * Follow all company policies pertaining to attendance, safety, and handling of customers sensitive information. * Participate in daily training activities.
