As we continue to expand our footprint across the U.S. and international markets, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building partnerships, spotting opportunities, and driving growth. This position is a full-time, exempt role and is expected to maintain an average workload of at least 45 hours per week , reflecting the level of responsibility and engagement required to succeed in this role. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Distribution & Channel Growth: * Develop and execute strategies to expand AC Infinity's distribution partnerships across domestic and international markets. * Identify, qualify, and close new channel opportunities that align with company objectives and revenue goals. * Oversee end-to-end partner acquisition--from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and performance tracking. Lead Generation & Relationship Development: * Identify and engage potential partners through networking, cold calls, referrals, and other lead generation methods. * Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and key accounts. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from prospecting to partnership management. Market Research & Strategic Expansion: * Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities. * Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base. * Present data-driven recommendations and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. Partner Management & Support: * Serve as the main point of contact for partner accounts, providing consistent communication and support. * Address inquiries, resolve operational issues, and maintain partner satisfaction through proactive engagement. * Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align partner programs with broader company initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Support other team members on partner acquisition and relationship maintenance projects as needed. * Assist in the creation and management of partner-facing materials, proposals, and presentations. * Coordinate with leadership to establish metrics and track performance of partnership programs. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: * 4+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnership management--preferably within consumer electronics or related industries. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven track record of developing successful franchise or distribution partnerships. * Strong negotiation and contract management skills with experience drafting and managing partner agreements. * Demonstrated success in driving business growth, identifying opportunities, and establishing strategic relationships. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
