Outbound Call Center Agent - Onsite Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Location: Las Vegas, NV 89119 Pay: $17/hour + weekly pay Commission: Uncapped earning potential -- top performers earn $45-$50k annually! Weekly Schedule:*730a-430p PST or 830a-530p PST MUST Have Own Equipment What You 'll Do We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll reach out to potential customers, review insurance product options, and connect them with licensed agents. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage customers through warm calling techniques. Outbound Call Center Agents Responsibilities: * Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers. * Understand and explain product offerings clearly. * Encourage customers to receive competitive quotes from licensed agents. * Build rapport using warm calling strategies. * Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining high customer service satisfaction. Outbound Call Center Agents Qualifications: * Experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales preferred. * Outbound customer service experience required * Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills. * Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. * Positive attitude and resilience when handling objections.
