Granite Direct is hiring!!! We are seeking a driven, efficient, and high performing Sales Operations Associate to help us manage customer intake, push cabinetry sales, and support overall sales logistics. The Sales Operations Associate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, using operational systems, maintaining friendliness, being responsive, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, personable, detail oriented, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Primary Responsibilities * Be stationed and take ownership of our lobby area * Manage intake of customers through our door and over the phone * Draw, quote, and order cabinetry from our suppliers * Meet monthly and annual quotas through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics * Generate leads and build relationships * Planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets * Accurately quote and enter information * Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities * Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered * Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly Qualifications * 2+ years in sales within a manufacturing setting preferred * Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills * Proficiency with sales management software and CRM. Bitrix24, Stone Profits, and ProKitchen experience a plus * Personal integrity with a respectful, positive, and team centric attitude * Proven success rate at levels above quotas * Ability to be responsive, efficient, organized, and professional at all times Compensation * Base salary drawn against earned commission * Base salary and Commission rates based on experience * Optional health, dental, and vision plans * 401K, with up to 4% employer matching * PTO plus 3 sick/bereavement days per year Granite Direct is a fast paced company consistently rated one of the top granite fabricators and installation companies in Ohio.
