Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door sales efforts and networking. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Close sales and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
