What You 'll Do * Sell Managed IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and VoIP solutions that help clients boost performance, security, and productivity. * Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and discovery to solution design, proposal, and close. * Build strong relationships with SMB and mid-market clients across industries like healthcare, legal, manufacturing, finance, and non-profit. * Collaborate with Xobee's leadership and technical experts to create tailored, results-driven solutions. * Exceed quotas with the backing of a supportive leadership team and proven marketing engine. What You Bring * 7+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience in MSP, IT services, SaaS, or cloud environments (MSP experience strongly preferred). * Proven record of exceeding quotas and driving new business growth. * A consultative sales approach - uncovering pain points, positioning solutions, and closing deals. * Strong networking, presentation, and communication skills. * Familiarity with Sandler Selling System is a plus * A passion for technology and a relentless drive to succeed. COMPENSATION: This is an outside sales exempt positon. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and other position related factors.
