This is an Independent Contractor opportunity, we do not provide a salary. We do provide training, support and LEADS for you to work and close! An ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. Core requirements: * Provide exceptional customer service to our clients. * Have hustle and the desire to go above and beyond. * Understand the market and be able to communicate easily with leads. * Live in the CRM, staying in contact with both nurture leads and hot leads. * We use powerful tools to do our work, comfort with tech is required. * Participate in team meetings, trainings, coaching and events on a regular basis. * Live in solution mode, have good vibes and a strong attention to detail. * Available to work full-time+, including some weekends as that is when clients want to tour! Experience * Must be DRE licensed in the State of California * Proven experience in customer service or sales is essential; prior experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are great, but not required. * Familiarity with real estate transaction paperwork is beneficial. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success.
