Full description of the position

Duties: - Manage and oversee the sales process from start to finish - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends - Sell products and services to customers, providing information and assistance as needed - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues - Assist with recruiting and training new sales team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction -Assist with selling merchandises at the store -willing to learn Requirements: - Previous experience in wireless sales or a similar role is preferred - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems - Knowledge of payroll processes is a bonus - Assistant manager experience is desirable Please note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive, and you may be required to perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
