We currently have an opportunity for the right individual to join our winning sales team. We are looking for a smart and energetic Sales & Leasing Consultant who is customer focused and detail oriented. Responsibilities: * Utilize our CRM and digital tools to drive showroom traffic * Assist customers in presenting our product portfolio * Work with customers to assist them with leasing or financing options * Providing a complete vehicle review and delivery as well as meeting dealership requirements * Outstanding customer satisfaction is a must * Team based work environment and ability to assist other teammates * Strong negotiation skills Experience and Requirements: * Sales experience in automotive is REQUIRED * Proven track record of success in sales * People person and go-getter attitude * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Dealership: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Randallstown, MD 21133 (Required) Work Location: In person
