We are seeking a dynamic individual who is both a talented salesperson and a CRM specialist-with the sensibility of a stylist-to join our in-store team. Role Summary The ideal candidate is warm, highly polished, and experienced in luxury fashion retail. You will be responsible for driving in-store sales, nurturing relationships with VIP clients, managing CRM tools, and delivering personal styling experiences that elevate our client loyalty. Key Responsibilities - Deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience with styling support - Act as the brand ambassador for walk-in customers and VIP appointments - Build, manage, and grow client relationships through personalized outreach - Utilize CRM tools to track customer data, follow-up schedules, and client preferences - Organize styling sessions and provide lookbook or personalized recommendations - Coordinate with marketing for clienteling campaigns (e.g., events, launches) - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and CRM engagement KPIs - Maintain store visual standards and client-ready appearance at all times Requirements - 3+ years of experience in luxury retail or client services - CRM experience (e.g., with platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar) - Strong sense of fashion, personal style, and styling capabilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, self-driven, and proactive in client outreach - Familiarity with LA's fashion and influencer ecosystem is a plus - Must be available on weekends and evenings as needed Compensation & Benefits - Competitive hourly rate or salary + commission on sales - Performance bonuses tied to CRM KPIs and styling sessions - Employee discounts & wardrobe allowance - Opportunities for growth within a fast-expanding luxury brand , $45,000.00$60,000.00 : * CRM: 2 () * fashion retail: 2 () Work Location:
