Outside Sales Representative B2B Construction | $60K$65K Base + Commission + Bonus | Total Compensation $80K+ | Ford F-150 | Paid Training | Full Benefits | Career Growth About the Role Were hiring an Outside Sales Representative to provide solutions to commercial roofing and construction professionals and, in turn, drive sales across Ohio, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. This role blends hands-on mechanical skills with relationship-building . Youll represent industry- leading products, conduct on-site demos and pull tests, identify deficiencies and needs and provide technical solutions. Your solutions drive sales. This is a home-based position with travel throughout your territory using a company-provided truck . Compensation & Benefits $60K$65K base salary + commission + bonus (earn $80K+ total compensation) Company truck, phone allowance, and expenses covered Full health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Paid training and career growth opportunities Limited overnight travel (approx. 5 nights/month, expenses paid) Key Responsibilities Build relationships with contractors and construction professionals Conduct job site visits, pull tests, product demos, and technical support Manage territory accounts independently from a home office + company truck Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and offering solutions Maintain accurate reports and communicate with sales/marketing leadership What Were Looking For 18 years in sales, service, or construction-related roles Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools on jobsites Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Bachelors degree preferred Associates will be considered Location Reside within 35 miles of Columbus, OH in order to obtain the best access to your territory including all of Ohio, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. Given travel logistics, the employer suggests that residing on the north or west side of Columbus is ideal.
