You'll: * Engage with homeowners to identify service needs and solutions * Educate customers on eco-friendly pest and mosquito programs * Close new accounts and build recurring revenue relationships * Train daily with mentors who want you to win Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential. EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH * First Summer: $35,000 - $60,000 (performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission) * Experienced Reps: $80,000 - $120,000+ annually * Sales Leaders & Partners: $150,000 - $250,000+ annually Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.
