Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Millwork Sales Representative to join our team. Millwork Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors, and homeowners while providing expert advice and promoting our millwork products, including doors, windows, molding, and custom millwork. This position requires a mixture of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and customer service skills. t his position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a well established, family owned company dedicated to quality and service excellence. Duties * Assist both homeowner and contractor customers in selecting millwork products that meet their project specifications and preferences * Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and installation options * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently * Coordinate with vendors and delivery department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, new product lines, and industry trends * Handle customer inquires, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. * Ensure the showroom or sales area is clean, organized, and visually appealing Skills * Proven experience in customer service within a millwork or building materials environment * Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of millwork products and construction materials. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Proficiency in millwork quoting systems.
