We are hiring a Sales Representative to support expanding Kinetics fiber internet footprint. This Sales Representative role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with customers, delivering strong customer service, and growing within a performance-driven sales environment. Each Sales Representative plays a key role in educating customers, supporting internet enrollment, and promoting fiber services. As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers to present fiber internet options, explain service benefits, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience rooted in excellent customer service. Sales Representative Responsibilities * Engage customers directly to introduce fiber and internet services with a customer service focus * Educate customers on Kinetics fiber internet availability, pricing, and features * Deliver consultative sales presentations while maintaining high customer service standards * Process internet orders accurately and support fiber installation scheduling * Meet or exceed weekly sales and customer service performance goals * Maintain knowledge of fiber, internet, and promotional offerings * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experiences * Represent Anderson Advisory Group professionally as a Sales Representative Sales Representative Qualifications * Experience in sales or customer service preferred * Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset * Interest in fiber internet, sales, and professional growth * Reliable, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed as a Sales Representative * Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service * High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer * Uncapped commission and performance-based sales incentives * Hands-on training in fiber, internet, and customer service * Clear growth path into leadership and management roles * Supportive, team-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
