We are currently seeking a high-achieving, proactive Sales Team Member to join our growing team. As a Sales Team Member, you'll serve as the face of our client brands. You will execute personalized field sales strategies, engaging directly with customers, closing sales with professionalism and integrity and providing insights that drive long-term success for our partners. Sales Team Member Responsibilities: * Execute field sales strategies and meet with customers to increase brand visibility, generate new business opportunities and win more of the market * Represent our client's products with professionalism and enthusiasm and promote solutions with a qualitative approach * Conduct face-to-face outreach and develop strong customer relationships by establishing trust, using consultative sales skills, and following up on requests in a timely manner * Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions in real-time * Track sales metrics and report performance insights to leadership * Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills in leadership, sales, and business development Sales Team Member Qualifications and Attributes: * A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a growth-focused mindset * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Proactive leader who seeks out new opportunities and is committed to improving processes, skills, and outcomes * Successful background in customer-facing roles and face-to-face interactions * Ability to embrace setbacks and rejection head-on and use that to fuel a path forward * A strong student mentality with an innate desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges * Reliable transportation to attend on-site client meetings and fieldwork around Huntington Beach and surrounding areas in Southern California.
