Inside sales HVAC representative: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling HVAC products to our customers. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, promoting Republic and our product offerings. - Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls and emails - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities - Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop strategies for account management and growth - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns Requirements: - Proven experience in technology sales or a related field - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly - Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer accounts and track sales activities - Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets - HVAC knowledge required If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology, we would love to hear from you.
