About the Role We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support and grow our B2B sales channels, including Dealer and Distributor accounts. This role is the vital link between our brand and our global partners. You will be responsible for the entire account lifecycle--from initial inquiry and technical consultation to order fulfillment and ongoing asset support. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with consultative sales instincts, strong follow-through, and the ability to learn and articulate technical product details. You'll become a trusted product resource, helping customers understand features, materials, lead times, and competitive differentiators across our Spinning and Pilates equipment portfolio. Account Management & Sales Support * Respond to inbound phone calls and emails from customers, dealers, and distributors in a friendly, professional manner. * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Dealer and Distributor accounts, building long-term rapport and understanding their unique market needs. * Use consultative selling skills to present product features, materials, and competitive differentiators and support informed purchasing decisions. * Proactively follow up on inquiries, quotes, and open opportunities to re-engage partners and house accounts. * Build rapport with repeat customers by learning their preferences, purchase history, and business needs over time. * Proactively share and manage the delivery of marketing and sales assets (digital catalogs, brand guidelines, social media kits) to empower partners to market our products effectively. Order Processing & Administration * Prepare and enter quotes and sales orders using the order management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Track order status and communicate updates related to lead times, shipping, and fulfillment. * Partner with the accounting team to monitor outstanding balances and follow up on late payments in a professional, customer-focused manner. * Maintain accurate, organized records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Team Collaboration * Collaborate with sales, customer service, operations, and marketing teams to support revenue goals and market growth initiatives. * Share customer feedback and market insights to help inform product, pricing, and sales strategies. * Support special projects, reporting, and other sales-related initiatives as needed. Skills, Experience & Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account support, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong inbound sales and consultative communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. * Comfort learning and explaining technical or product-driven information, including specifications and materials. * Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. * High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Experience using CRM systems, order management platforms, and other digital tools. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus. * Background or genuine interest in fitness--especially Spinning or Pilates--is strongly preferred.
