Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek new clients by scheduling calls, promptly following up on leads, and utilizing marketing strategies to qualify potential buyers of commercial heating, AC and plumbing maintenance service agreements. Maintain an active backlog of leads to assure booking goal is consistently met.
- Sales and Negotiation: Determine customer needs, conduct building or equipment surveys, prepare cost estimates and professional proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives. Understand the prospect's organization and decision-making process. Anticipate and answer objections. Commit the prospect to a decision-making timetable.
- Time Management - Able to plan and efficiently schedule appointments and manage personal time to assure maximum productivity.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive, ongoing relationships with new and existing customers to ensure loyalty and understand long-term requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all company service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as the Service department, Automation department and Construction department to ensure a seamless customer experience and support lead generation for additional services or equipment upgrades.
- Administrative
Duties
: Maintain accurate and complete records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasting information and submit required reports in a timely manner.
- Mechanical System Knowledge - Have a sufficient understanding of mechanical systems to accurately appraise and inventory systems components, evaluate general conditions and recommend maintenance program options. Be able to recognize project opportunities and pass leads to appropriate personnel. Experience
- Proven track record of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling a service, intangible, or technical product.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle rejection with resilience.
- Proficiency in computer skills and standard office software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
