Responsibilities * Nurture and develop relationships to build clientele for life * Exhibit professional selling skills and tactics * Assist and help educate customers of vehicles of interest * Promptly answer customers questions about vehicles, financing, and purchase process. * Continuously develop product and sales knowledge, product offerings, optional packages, and the latest vehicle technologies. * Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Accompany customers on test drives, collect proper documentation beforehand for vehicle test drives. * Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. * Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations. * Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Available to work flexible hours and weekends * High school diploma or GED preferred. * At least 2+ years of Customer service and/or Sales Experience * Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit is preferred * Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Company Garage Liability insurance requires a valid US Driver's License, clean driving record, and person(s) to be at least 21 years of age.
