We are currently are hiring for an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative who loves exploring new business opportunities in our Orange County Branch. Company Mission : To provide the highest quality and service in pest control for both residential and commercial needs. What do our Outside Sales Representative do? Your main goal is to sell our industry-leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers. You will be a vital part of your local community, ensuring the safety and comfort of homes and families. This involves understanding customer needs and using your expertise to recommend the best pest control solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix. * Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates. * Inspect homes for pests and recommend appropriate pest control solutions and preventative maintenance. * Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales team, and Technicians to create more opportunities. * Work with the Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and enhance our services. * Create proposals to address existing pest issues while suggesting additional services * Follow up on past proposals to secure sales. * Proactively seek and secure new commercial and B2B clients. Utilize your industry knowledge and sales skills to generate leads, conduct outreach, and close deals. * Create and implement strategic plans to target key markets and achieve sales objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to maximize success. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored pest control solutions that align with their business objectives. * Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Leverage this information to identify opportunities and position our services effectively. * Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide accurate forecasts and updates to management. * Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our pest control products and services. Educate clients on our offerings and demonstrate how they meet their specific needs. * Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures * Local travel required within your territory or state. * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements * Previous sales experience required. * Proven expertise and understanding of pest control regulations and practices. * Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required. * Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment * Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold. * High School diploma or GED required. Required Skills * Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully * Regular and punctual attendance * Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service * Must possess valid driver's license and meet company driving standards (should be under Required) * Branch Level 2 or 3 certification * Pest Control Experience Let 's be clear: this job has some physical demands (but we'll ensure reasonable accommodations are in place). Here's what you can expect: * Extensive driving and walking * Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers * Ability to work long hours as needed * You'll regularly lift up to 10 lbs and frequently handle 11-20 lbs, whether it's lifting, carrying, or moving items. * Expect to be active--sitting, climbing, balancing, and navigating stairs, ladders, and other surfaces will be part of your day. * You'll need to feel comfortable around various pests and in tight spaces like basements and attics. * Operating a clean company vehicle safely is a must. * Sometimes, you'll wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in confined areas where pests might be.
