About the Role Compressed Air Power (C.A.P.) is looking for an Applications Advisor (Outside Sales) who enjoys being out in the field, talking with customers, solving real problems, and building long-term relationships. What You 'll Be Doing * Build relationships with new and existing customers in your territory * Visit customer sites to understand their applications, challenges, and goals * Recommend the right compressed air solutions (not just the easy sell) * Prepare quotes and proposals and walk customers through them * Work closely with our service, engineering, and operations teams to get it right * Manage your pipeline and keep things organized in our CRM * Hit sales goals while doing things The C.A.P. Way * Stay curious and up to speed on compressed air technology and best practices Compensation & Benefits * $50,000 base salary with uncapped commission; targeted total earnings around $100,000 annually after 12-months * Company vehicle * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401K with Company Contributions * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing sales and technical training * Room to grow with a company that invests in its people What We 're Looking For Required: * Experience in outside sales, technical sales, or applications-focused roles * Strong mechanical or technical aptitude * Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule * Great communication skills and a relationship-first mindset * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Preferred: * Experience with compressed air systems or industrial equipment * Mechanical, industrial, or maintenance background * Familiarity with compressors, dryers, piping, or energy efficiency * Existing industrial or manufacturing customer relationships Ready to Apply?
