This is a growing role for an individual interested in joining as a Customer Service Representative working with customers in U.S. and Latin America respectively. It is an onsite role in Westmont, IL and pays hourly with full- time benefits. Training is provided. Year-end bonus based upon performance. MedGyn Products, a rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor for medical devices in the Women's Health industry. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities * Process sales orders * Manage incoming calls * Generate sales leads * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Skills * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
