Superior SoftWash is looking for a hungry, proven Sales Manager who knows how to get the best from a team in pursuit of big personal, professional, and financial goals --and needs a home where the targets are 10X bigger. We're scaling with the Cardone Ventures / Brandon Dawson method. That means the standards are high, accountability is real, and the goals are BIG. The Role You are a results-driving leader , not a "manager." You build and lead a high-performing team of Home Preservation Specialists and own the full sales talent lifecycle: recruit -> hire -> train -> develop -> promote -> retain/replace. You drive monthly revenue attainment and increase NSLI (Net Sales per Lead Issued). Our Standard on Leadership Hires We will train you in our operations and the technical side of our services. We invest in our people, including paid training at Cardone Ventures events in Scottsdale, AZ and Miami, FL. This role is for a self-directed, high-accountability leader who already knows how to sell, coach, run a scoreboard, and drive performance--without needing regular oversight. What Winning Looks Like * Monthly sales goals achieved and exceeded * NSLI increasing and sustained at strong levels * Strong appointment control: high demo rate + close rate * A bench of reps being trained, developed, and promoted * Clean work orders that reduce rehash, rework, and cancellations Key Responsibilities * Drive results through forecasting, gap-to-goal plans, and execution sprints * Set targets with executive management (monthly goals, weekly activity, NSLI/KPI standards) * Recruit and hire continuously; build and maintain a pipeline of talent * Train and coach reps (roleplay, call review, ride-alongs, weekly coaching plans) * Promote leaders from within; move people up--or out--based on performance * Own quality control: pricing, paperwork, expectation-setting, and operational handoff * Run scorecards, meetings, reporting, and commissions/payroll submissions * Build and continuously improve the rehash program The Seven Promotes (Non-Negotiable) We embrace and live Brandon Dawson's 7 Promotes across the team: * Promote who you are * Promote what you do * Promote why you do it * Promote your value proposition * Promote people joining your team * Promote people in their roles and responsibilities * Teach everyone those 6 promotes Customer Service Standard (How We Think) Customer acquisition IS the goal of the customer service experience.
