Assisted Living Sales Director - Lorien Harmony Hall The Assisted Living Sales Director is responsible for driving occupancy growth by guiding seniors and their families through a thoughtful, consultative sales process while maintaining strong awareness of local market conditions. This role focuses on cultivating referral relationships, generating qualified leads, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience from first inquiry through move-in. In addition to achieving census goals, the Sales Director plays a key role in external business development--building and sustaining strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses. Through proactive outreach and relationship management, you will strengthen our market presence, elevate our reputation, and support long-term growth and sustainability. Schedule * 40 hours per week * Weekend availability as needed Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $60000-$65,000 (salaried) * Uncapped earning potential -- $100,000+ * Vacation, Sick, Personal Days, and Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * HRA and FSA * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * 401(k) with 50% employer match * Tuition Assistance Key Responsibilities * Conducts tours and represents the community to prospective residents, families, and guests * Builds and maintains strong referral relationships to support admissions and census initiatives * Manages occupancy awareness and availability of apartments * Achieves occupancy goals and annual budget projections * Reviews community philosophy, policies, procedures, and admission agreements with prospects * Coordinates all paperwork and logistics for incoming residents * Performs daily CRM utilization and lead tracking * Ensures prompt, professional follow-up on all CRM and internet-based referrals * Plans and executes quarterly internal and external marketing initiatives * Engages in consistent external business development efforts Qualifications * Prior experience in senior living sales or healthcare sales * Prior experience in memory care, a plus * Strong customer service orientation with empathy for seniors and their families * Demonstrated success in closing sales and meeting performance goals * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of senior living regulations, policies, and procedures * Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing tools * Proven experience in external business development With nearly 200 apartments, this community is one of Maryland's first all- assisted living campuses, ideally located in the heart of Columbia, Maryland and situated alongside its sister community, Lorien Columbia.
