Salary + Commission no cap on earnings.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective using CRM software.
• Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities or threats. Skills
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on strategic planning.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software, and project management tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and expanding client portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. This position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact within a growing organization by leveraging their expertise in sales, marketing, and strategic planning. Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
