Salary + Commission no cap on earnings. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective using CRM software. * Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities or threats. Skills * Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on strategic planning. * Strong proficiency in CRM software, and project management tools. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and expanding client portfolios. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
