Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with proven experience in managing teams and developing strategic marketing initiatives. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, enhancing customer service, and utilizing analysis skills to inform decision-making processes.

Duties

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals
• Oversee B2B sales processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Utilize Zoho CRM for tracking sales performance, managing accounts, and reporting
• Train and mentor team members in negotiation techniques and account management
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales
• Build strong relationships with key clients to enhance business development efforts
• Provide leadership by setting clear expectations and motivating the team towards success Experience
