PhishingBox is a rapidly growing SaaS cybersecurity company headquartered in downtown Lexington, KY. We provide security awareness training and phishing simulation software that helps organizations reduce human risk and improve their cybersecurity posture. We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with proven success in B2B SaaS sales and account management. This role is responsible for managing a book of business, closing new revenue, expanding existing accounts, and working closely with resellers, MSPs, and strategic partners. Responsibilities: * Manage and grow a book of business, including renewals, upsells, and expansions * Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B SaaS opportunities * Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close * Build trusted relationships with customers, MSPs, resellers, and channel partners * Deliver consultative, value-based sales presentations aligned to customer needs * Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to drive retention and satisfaction * Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM software * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals * Participate in partner enablement and co-selling initiatives * Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and competitive solutions Qualifications and Requirements * Proven success in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Manager role * Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based software * Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and grow recurring revenue * Experience working with resellers, MSPs, or partner programs * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills * Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience using CRM platforms * Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment Core Skills: * B2B SaaS sales * Account executive / account management * Pipeline development and forecasting * Partner and channel sales * Customer retention and expansion * Consultative selling * CRM management * Revenue growth and renewals * Cross-functional collaboration Nice to Have: * Four-year university/college degree desired (or equivalent experience) * Cybersecurity industry experience-- preferably Sales experience * Experience selling through MSPs or VARs * Exposure to customer success or post-sale ownership * Understanding of compliance or security frameworks * Experience in a high-growth SaaS company Benefits: * Full-Time Position * Hourly (Full-Time Equivalent) Base plus Commission & Bonuses * Generous Employer Subsidized Health Insurance * 401K offered with Employer Match * 50% cell phone bill paid PhishingBox is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
