Boren Brothers Waste Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on outbound calling to prospective commercial customers to sell contracted waste services. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, persuasive, organized, and eager to grow within a sales-focused environment. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound sales calls to prospective commercial clients * Present and sell contracted waste and recycling services * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions * Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads * Accurately document calls, notes, and opportunities in the CRM system * Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales process * Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity metrics * Collaborate with sales management and operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers Qualifications & Skills * Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling experience preferred * Strong communication and persuasion skills * Comfortable handling objections and closing sales over the phone * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset * Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems a plus * Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized What We Offer * Competitive base pay plus commission * Training and ongoing sales support * Opportunities for advancement within the company * Stable, long-term employment in an essential services industry * Supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
