We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Senior Manager to join our team! Are you a strategic sales and marketing leader who thrives in a purpose-driven environment? What you'll do Lead, Manage, and Develop Teams * Set clear performance standards and hold Sales and Marketing teams accountable * Coach and lead the Sales team toward defined revenue and profitability goals * Guide the Marketing team with clear lead generation strategies and targets * Build and grow the Sales and Marketing teams, including hiring Sales Representatives and a Sales Administrator within the first year * Foster strong cross-department collaboration and healthy team dynamics * Promote a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement Drive Sales & Marketing Strategy and Execution * Own lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies * Build and manage reliable quarterly forecasts and monitor pipeline health * Turn market research and data into actionable growth opportunities * Strengthen brand presence through digital marketing, content, campaigns, and events * Ensure marketing tactics directly support revenue and growth objectives * Oversee CRM (HubSpot) processes, reporting, and lead management * Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and marketing ROI * Manage Sales and Marketing budgets with a focus on impact and efficiency What you bring * Must be Respectful, Reliable, and Responsible * 5-8 years of experience leading sales and/or marketing initiatives with measurable results * Bachelor's Degree required * Strong problem-solving skills, particularly related to lead generation and growth * Ability to develop, coach, and manage people and teams * Strengths in curiosity, innovation, and motivating a team * Skilled in content strategy and identifying effective marketing channels * Data-driven decision-maker with experience using CRM platforms and analytics tools (HubSpot preferred) * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with strong attention to detail * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills Details & Benefits * Full-time * Compensation: Base salary of $120,000 per year , plus eligibility for performance-based incentive compensation, with on-target earnings of $134,000 annually * Medical * Dental * Vision * Life insurance * 401(k) plan * Vacation time * Sick time IF YOU ARE RESPECTFUL, RELIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE, PLEASE APPLY ON OUR WEBSITE: [please apply online] Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of duties that are required of the employee for this job.
