What you'll do Lead, Manage, and Develop Teams

• Set clear performance standards and hold Sales and Marketing teams accountable
• Coach and lead the Sales team toward defined revenue and profitability goals
• Guide the Marketing team with clear lead generation strategies and targets
• Build and grow the Sales and Marketing teams, including hiring Sales Representatives and a Sales Administrator within the first year
• Foster strong cross-department collaboration and healthy team dynamics
• Promote a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement Drive Sales & Marketing Strategy and Execution
• Own lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies
• Build and manage reliable quarterly forecasts and monitor pipeline health
• Turn market research and data into actionable growth opportunities
• Strengthen brand presence through digital marketing, content, campaigns, and events
• Ensure marketing tactics directly support revenue and growth objectives
• Oversee CRM (HubSpot) processes, reporting, and lead management
• Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
• Manage Sales and Marketing budgets with a focus on impact and efficiency What you bring
• Must be Respectful, Reliable, and Responsible
• 5-8 years of experience leading sales and/or marketing initiatives with measurable results
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly related to lead generation and growth
• Ability to develop, coach, and manage people and teams
• Strengths in curiosity, innovation, and motivating a team
• Skilled in content strategy and identifying effective marketing channels
• Data-driven decision-maker with experience using CRM platforms and analytics tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with strong attention to detail

Compensation

: Base salary of $120,000 per year , plus eligibility for performance-based incentive compensation, with on-target earnings of $134,000 annually
