IND123 Field Sales & Quality Control Inspector (Home Improvement) needed to join our professional, growing team! Learn more at [please apply online] Job Summary: You will deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience while representing Lednor Home Solutions' full suite of exterior remodeling products, including Gutter Helmet , roofing systems, and retractable awnings. You will meet with existing homeowners on company-provided set appointments , evaluate their needs, educate them on product options, and present customized solutions designed to protect and enhance their home. This role combines consultative selling, technical evaluation, and relationship- building across multiple product categories. Who You Are: * Minimum 2 years of experience in home improvement, construction, or in-home sales (management and some technical experience required) * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience with gutter systems, roofing, awnings, or exterior remodeling preferred * Basic to intermediate computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office a plus * Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence * Ability to identify root causes, solve problems, and act with urgency and attention to detail * Strong organizational, time management, and workload-planning skills * Motivated, reliable, and takes pride in professional presentation and results * Uses experience and judgment to plan, prioritize, and accomplish goals * Professional demeanor with a clear, confident speaking voice * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven customer interaction experience * Demonstrated ability to negotiate, manage objections, and resolve issues professionally * Ensures accurate and thorough documentation in customer records Physical & Licensing Requirements: * Valid state driver's license * Must pass background screening and drug test * Ability to climb ladders and inspect exterior job sites year-round * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
