About the Job The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for qualifying and closing inbound leads, nurturing prospects through our sales funnel, and helping patients and clinicians access Icarus' innovative bracing solutions. You will engage directly with customers who reach out through our website and referral partners, guiding them through the purchasing process with empathy, product knowledge, and precision. The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator, fast learner, and results- driven closer who thrives in a high-energy, goal-oriented environment. You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, and billing teams to ensure every customer has a smooth and successful experience -- from first contact to brace delivery. This is a performance-based position with both a base salary and commission component, offering excellent growth potential within our rapidly expanding sales organization and opportunities to advance to a Sales Associate or Regional Sales position in the medical device space. You are capable of high levels of activity, including high daily call volumes, can manage a steady pipeline of qualified leads efficiently, and have the drive and sales DNA to exceed sales goals consistently. You are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with CRM systems, automation tools, and digital communication platforms. What You Will Work On * Customer Engagement * Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to qualify leads and close sales * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on web inquiries and referrals * Build rapport, identify needs, and recommend appropriate brace solutions * Communicate with patients' doctors as needed to generate referral sources and recurring B2B sales * Achieve Monthly Sales Goals * Pipeline & CRM Management * Manage and track all leads and opportunities within the CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) * Use automated drip campaigns and personalized outreach to keep leads engaged * Document all interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pipeline visibility * Sales Process * Understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process, including medical documentation, prescription forms, and insurance verification * Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing * Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets * Collaboration & Growth * Work closely with marketing, billing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing * Stay informed about new product lines, pricing updates, and medical insurance policies * Contribute to refining scripts, sales materials, and process improvements Who You Will Work With You will report directly to the VP of Sales and collaborate closely with the Sales Operations, Marketing, and Billing teams. The Inside Sales Representative will also interface with external referral sources, clinics, and regional sales managers.
