Job Summary: YESCO Nashville Sign and Lighting Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to manage a portfolio of accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our presence as a leader in sign and lighting services. This is a dynamic opportunity to achieve professional and financial goals while contributing to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Management: Make a minimum of 50 sales calls daily using night patrol leads, following up on missed contacts, proposals, and opportunities. * Sales Tracking: Document all sales activities in the Servizio system, including communication details and follow-up reminders. Maintain up-to-date customer contact information. * Goal Setting & Reporting: Participate in weekly sales calls, set weekly and monthly sales targets, and report on sales progress (week-to-date, month-to-date, year-to-date). * Sales Process Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including collecting 50% down payments for job orders over $5,000. * Customer Relations: Gather accurate billing and contact details, onboard new clients, and manage customer expectations in collaboration with the Operations Manager. * Training & Development: Attend training sessions, webinars, and industry-related learning opportunities. Assist in training new employees as needed. * Professionalism: Maintain punctuality, adhere to the YESCO dress policy, and ensure clear communication with the team and clients. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in sign and lighting services or a related field. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Servizio is a plus). * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. * Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Compensation & Benefits: * Starting Salary: $52,000 annually for the first six months. * After Six Months: $40,000 annually + 5% commission on sales (no commission caps). * Additional Benefits: * 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO). * Medical, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions. * 401k with company match (up to 3.5%). * Paid holidays.
