As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Genesis is a newer brand with an outstanding product line. We want individuals to grow with us, as the brand grows too. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Follow the dealership's written sales process * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options. * Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their options. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with leads through outbound sales efforts. * Utilize our CRM to complete follow up tasks daily * Prospect clients beyond your daily leads. * Uphold exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects. * Take phone calls and email leads to turn them into appointments. * 100% Certified on all manufacture required training. Experience * Previous experience in automotive sales or outside sales is preferred. * Strong math skills for calculating financing options and payments. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. * Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Familiarity with sales management software is a plus. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers.
