Seeking Design Consultant (Sales) - Garage & Closet Storage Solutions About Us InReach Storage specializes in high-end garage and closet organization for residential clients across Southwest Florida. We design and install tailored solutions using premium products--cabinets, shelving, slatwall, and more--to transform cluttered spaces into functional, beautiful storage areas. To support sustainable growth and meet rising demand for our services, we're expanding our team with motivated professionals who are eager to grow alongside us. The Role We're looking for an experienced, design consultant to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in consultative selling--especially in cabinetry, interior design, home improvement, or remodeling. What You'll Do - Conduct sales consultations and design reviews in-home, at our showroom, and virtually - Assess and measure spaces to design custom storage systems - Present digital 3D renderings and estimates - Guide clients through product options and functionality - Generate leads through networking, home shows, and outreach - Collaborate with our team to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow up post-sale to maintain relationships and encourage referrals What We're Looking For - 3+ years sales experience in a related field (closets, cabinetry, remodeling, interior design, etc.) - Strong design aptitude--experience with SketchUp, 2020 Design, Mozaik, KDC, or similar tools a plus - Excellent communication and closing skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Self-motivated and dependable - Experience with in-home sales is highly desirable - Ability to organize and prioritize multiple customer projects and work obligations to meet deadlines Requirements - Reliable transportation and clean driving record - Ability to pass a drug test - Commitment to safe, professional work practices What We Offer - Competitive base salary + multi-tiered commission (up to 18% on some jobs!) - Paid holidays and time off - Paid training - Company-provided tools & equipment. - Room to grow in a stable, expanding company Ready to Join Us?
