Job Title: Business Development Manager Department: Sales and Business Development Reports To: Ownership/Executive Management Company Overview Coast to Coast Restoration Inc specializes in water damage restoration and property renovation in San Diego County. We are committed to delivering unsurpassed service that promises our clients complete satisfaction. Position Overview The Business Development Manager will focus on generating new business and maintaining key relationships within the HOA and property management sector. This individual will be the primary point of contact for community and property managers, helping them understand our services and ensuring their communities receive timely and professional restoration support when emergencies occur or community updates are needed. This role supports the company goals in revenue growth while maintaining the company's core values of Honesty, Integrity, Quality, and Customer and Team Support. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting HOA community managers , property management companies, and related associations. * Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. * Attend HOA board meetings, industry networking events, and trade shows to represent the company. * Deliver presentations and lunch-and-learns to educate property management teams about restoration services and emergency response programs. * Coordinate with estimators and project managers to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery. * Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM system. * Monitor industry trends, local developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. * Plan and coordinate events targeting community and property managers with the goal of obtaining new RFP's. * Set and monitor budgets to achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals. * Forecast growth potential to identify the need to grow the team/department * Develop, train, and supervise new employees within the department Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales , preferably in restoration, construction, property management, or related industries. * Established relationships within the HOA or property management community strongly preferred. * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (frequent local travel required). Performance Expectations * Establish at least one new account by end of the 1st quarter from start date and 10 accounts within the 1st year from start date. * Client engagement numbers against opportunities converted * Customer Satisfaction undertaken and feedback to be reported quarterly to Executive Management * Achieve or exceed quarterly and yearly sales goals: $250k within 6 months of start date, $1mil within 15 months of start date Compensation * $100-120K Salary (DOE) * Quarterly Commission * Medical and Retirement Benefits * Company Vehicle Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the duties of this job. * This will be a hybrid role of time spent in office as well out in the field engaging with new prospective clients * Prolonged periods of sitting while driving to various locations. * Physical ability to operate a vehicle safely (including vision and reaction time) * Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (e.g., during events or client visits) * Ability to bend, stoop, crouch and kneels (e.g., setting up booths or displays) * Capability to lift and carry marketing materials, equipment, or supplies weighing 20-50 lbs.
