We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative, specifically focusing on the Hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the company. Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities: * Cold Calling: * Initiate outbound calls to prospects or leads to introduce products or services. * Engage with decision-makers to determine their needs, challenges, and level of interest in the company's offerings. * Effectively pitch the company's products or services, highlighting their value and benefits. * Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and chat. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. * Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed. * This is an onsite, in office role only. Not a remote position. Qualifications: * Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) * Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. * Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. * Experience with ERP/CMS software is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required. Equating experience is also preferred.
