Duties * Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and speed * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and assisting with product inquiries * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and sales opportunities * Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase store revenue * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented * Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations * Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking supplies and participating in periodic stock counts * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support over the phone * Support team supervision by mentoring new associates and contributing to a collaborative work environment * Promote store promotions and special offers to maximize sales potential Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential * Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers * Demonstrated ability to upsell products and conduct engaging product demos * Experience supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous but not mandatory * Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy * Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions * Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and perform stocking duties as needed * Knowledge of merchandising techniques and store presentation standards Join us in delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
