Position Overview: Work directly with customers from initial inquiry sale to delivery of vehicle. Be available to respond to in-person and phone inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner. Demonstrate the features of all vehicles and all technology Assist customer with understanding their vehicle purchase options and pricing. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Generate pipeline of repeat and referral customers.
