Location: This is a floating position for Manufactured Mobile Homes Communities in the Raeford, NC area Schedule: Full Time Pay: $50,000 a year plus commission Individuals with apartment, manufactured homes or real estate sales experience are encouraged to apply Responsibilities: * Conduct sales and lease closings including home move-in checklists * Monitor homes for readiness * Manage and upload photos and descriptions of community vacant homes Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants * Evaluate potential inventory purchases for Management review * Review inventory for refurb needs * Creates and places effective advertising as directed by Management * Perform sales office duties as directed by Management * Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner * Tracks and follow ups with all prospective residents * Create and maintain a positive Community environment * Communicate policies and procedures * Additional duties as assigned by supervisor Contact Fred S. at 914-[please apply online] for hiring consideration.
