Location: This is a floating position for Manufactured Mobile Homes Communities in the Raeford, NC area Schedule: Full Time Pay: $50,000 a year plus commission Individuals with apartment, manufactured homes or real estate sales experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct sales and lease closings including home move-in checklists
• Monitor homes for readiness
• Manage and upload photos and descriptions of community vacant homes Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants
• Evaluate potential inventory purchases for Management review
• Review inventory for refurb needs
• Creates and places effective advertising as directed by Management
• Perform sales office duties as directed by Management
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Tracks and follow ups with all prospective residents
• Create and maintain a positive Community environment
• Communicate policies and procedures
