Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational sales skills and gain experience in managing client relationships. This position is great for learning and honing in on fundamental skills whether you're a recent grad or just looking to change the winds of your career. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Duties

• Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on direct face to face engagement in a retail setting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management and customer service excellence
• Engage in business development efforts by promoting Primo brand initiatives to potential and current clients
• Assist in creating marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively
• Negotiate terms with clients to close deals that meet company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product presentations, and technical sales support

Qualifications

• Strong interest in outside sales, management, and business development roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
• Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating customer needs
