Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Manager to join our team. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on direct face to face engagement in a retail setting * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management and customer service excellence * Engage in business development efforts by promoting Primo brand initiatives to potential and current clients * Assist in creating marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively * Negotiate terms with clients to close deals that meet company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction * Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product presentations, and technical sales support Qualifications * Strong interest in outside sales, management, and business development roles * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach * Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating customer needs * Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * A proactive attitude with a desire to grow professionally within a fast-paced sales environment Compensation & Benefits * Competitive weekly salary with additional commission based on clear performance guidelines * Paid training * Continued development with opportunities to grow from within into broader scope roles.
