Retail Sales Associate Location: Davenport, IA Grand Appliance & TV is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Davenport, Iowa showroom. In this role, you will help customers find the right appliances to enhance their homes while delivering an exceptional, consultative shopping experience. Whether you are an experienced salesperson or looking to launch a career in retail sales, we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a competitive commission- based compensation structure to set you up for success. Position Summary As a Retail Sales Associate at Grand Appliance & TV, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs, educating them on product options, and guiding them through the appliance selection process. You will build long-term relationships, deliver personalized solutions, and contribute to the success of a family-owned business known for service excellence.
