Job Summary Re-Bath is a nationally franchised, one-day bathroom remodeling company. We are seeking a Design Consultant to sell our bathroom remodeling projects in the SW Florida area (Naples to Sarasota area). The position requires the design consultant to participate in an in-home selling presentation where they present our products and solutions to their bathroom remodeling projects. All leads are pre-qualified, coming from local advertising or from our exclusive National partnership in the area. This is NOT a door-to-door position, and there is NO cold calling involved. Having prior experience with in-home selling is an advantage, and an understanding of general bathroom components, but there will be a training provided. Typically a design consultant participates in 1 to 2 scheduled appointments Monday through Friday and must be available two Saturdays a month for appointments as well. Candidate must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check along with a drug screening. Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships to foster repeat business. * Perform product demonstrations and explain features to potential clients. * Execute outside sales strategies, including cold calling and marketing initiatives. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and possess a valid driver's license for travel Qualificaitons * A minimum of 2 years of sales experience * Home improvement related sales experience preferred * intermediate computer skills * excellent organizational skills * outstanding communication skills * responsible and reliable * coachable mindset * competitive by nature * good communication skills * clean driving record and background check * positive mental attitude and ethical business practices * desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs * independent, disciplined, high achiever Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
