Integrity Motors is growing and we are looking for a Dual Language Automotive Sales Representative (Must speak fluent Spanish and English) to join us. You will be the only Bilingual Sales Consultant at Integrity Motors. Automotive Sales and/or BDC experience is a huge plus but not required however Professional Sales experience IS required. REQUIREMENTS for the Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Representative

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is 100% REQUIRED
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Strong work ethic and superior communication skills
• Positive, customer focused attitude with a passion for excellence
• Ability to work as a team and with others
• Motivated and drive to succeed

Compensation

Program (Commission) - earn $200 - $700 for every vehicle sold

• Answering questions in-person, through the phone, and via email
• Demonstrate vehicles features and find the perfect car for each customer
