Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Promotes the Company's products and brand in the US market. * Serves customers by identifying their needs and providing tailor-made solutions. * Identifies current and future customer service needs by establishing personal relationships with active and potential clients. * Provide customers with support regarding product offerings, services, and technical engineering information. * Perform market research, organize company presentations, and conduct sales calls in order to find new accounts. * Develop customer rapport by explaining or demonstrating added value from our products. * Maintain close contact with customers by providing on-time and clear information about their purchases. * Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. * Contribute to department/team goals by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, recommending options and innovative ideas, and implementing action plans. Technical Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills: * Initiative to learn and achieve ambitious targets. * Extroverted and Disciplined personality. * Ability to solve problems under pressure. * Open-mindedness and willingness to collaborate with international colleagues. * Excellent Written and Verbal communication. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. * Comfortable with Public Speaking and Presenting. * Focus on innovation and creativity when addressing client needs.
