We are looking for a driven and people-oriented General Sales associate to help connect individuals and families with the financial guidance they need. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is confident in conversation, and is excited about personal growth. No financial services experience is required--we offer full training and development for the right individual. Requirements: * A warm, professional, and outgoing personality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A passion for helping people and making a difference * Confidence in engaging with new people and handling conversations with ease * A high level of reliability, organization, and follow-through * The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team * Coachability and a desire for long-term personal and career growth * No financial background required--just a willingness to learn Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and guide them through our process * Communicate the value of financial planning in a clear, compelling way * Follow up with warm leads and referrals to schedule meetings with advisors * Track and manage outreach, follow-ups, and prospect records in our systems * Support marketing and educational events by connecting with attendees and booking follow-ups * Collaborate with advisors to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding * Participate in ongoing training to improve communication, systems knowledge, and financial literacy Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Work Location: In person
