We are a small, dynamic insurance agency in Orange County and pride ourselves in providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in performing sales and producer duties to join our growing team. As a Insurance Sales Agent you must possess self-initiative and self- awareness with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines within a fast paced and dynamic environment. Duties include (but not limited to): * Generate and qualify warm leads weekly through cold calls, networking events, and referrals to build a pipeline of auto, home, and life prospects. * Conduct needs-based consultations with clients, quoting and closing policies in Year 1 while maintaining an high close rate under agency owner mentorship. * Deliver exceptional customer service by reviewing coverage, processing endorsements, and resolving claims questions to drive client retention. * Track daily KPIs (calls, appointments, quotes issued) in CRM to hit monthly production targets. Qualifications: * At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles * At least 1 year of experience in sales and producer roles * Must hold at least 1 active California Property Broker-Agent, Casualty Broker-Agent, Life Agent, or Accident & Health Agent license * Self-starter with the ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team * Ability to adapt to change with ease when projects change at a moment's notice * PC Literacy: MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Minimum typing 45 WPM * Ability to multi-task, balance multiple assignments and manage time effectively * Proofreading skills with strong attention to details * Excellent organizational and follow up skills * Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment * Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and a team player * Comfortable working with a wide variety of professionals Location: * In-person * We are close to the Irvine Spectrum and very close to the 5, 405 and Irvine train station.
