Duties * Engage with prospective buyers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate leads and increase sales opportunities * Demonstrate vehicles' features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and confidently to diverse customers * Negotiate prices, trade-ins, financing options, and add-on services to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership goals * Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress * Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, or accessories to maximize dealership revenue * Manage inventory control by staying informed about available stock and upcoming arrivals * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive buying experience Experience * Proven experience in automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Demonstrated expertise in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end vehicle sales environments * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively * Experience with inventory management, retail math, organizational skills, and dealership operations is preferred * Ability to perform public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote vehicle features or dealership offerings * Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, marketing strategies, and upselling techniques will be advantageous Join us as a USED CAR SALESPERSON and become a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive solutions.
