Position Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping match them with the right health insurance plans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. No prior insurance experience is required -- full training and support are provided. Responsibilities: * Speak with individuals to understand their health coverage goals. * Clearly explain plan options and help clients navigate their choices. * Assist clients through the enrollment process. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. * Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to enrollment. Qualifications: * No insurance experience required; training provided. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus. * Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed. * Comfortable with basic digital tools and CRM software. * Willingness to obtain a health insurance license (we'll help with training and preparation).
